With experience in everything from BOLI complaints, wage and hour questions, discrimination and sexual harassment complaints, leave laws, and ADAAA compliance to figuring out how the legalization of marijuana will affect your business, I can help you navigate the complex world of employment law.
Cambreleng Law LLC is passionate about helping other small businesses navigate the confusing and often frustrating legal waters of starting and successfully growing a business. With everything from formation to franchise, I make sure you are protected and able to create and grow your business the way you want it. I can help you figure out which legal corporate structure would work best for your current and future needs, help draft any and all documents to incorporate, review leases, negotiate contracts, help with the hiring and termination of employees, and everything in between.
Civil Rights Litigation
Change begins the moment we speak up. Whether you've been the victim of a sexual assault, discriminatory conduct, or another violation of your civil rights, my job is to help you speak up and be heard.
Pension & Employee Benefits
I have both experience and specialized training in ERISA and employee benefit matters. I work with benefit plans to make sure their structure, investments, and fees are all in compliance with IRS and ERISA regulations. I also work directly with fiduciaries ensuring that they are meeting all their legal obligations.
Hiring a lawyer is a stressful and expensive process which is why my mission is to make your legal experience as stress-free as possible. My interactions with clients are open, honest, and direct in order to make you feel comfortable and secure in your choice of representation.
